RE/MAX is NOW HIRING dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, contributing to a positive customer experience.


Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback on services provided.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
